Sunraysia’s Under-18 girls side will have a chance to replicate their fast start to the tournament, when they scored a 3-0 win over Bendigo, in their opening game of the Victorian Country League Football Association on Sunday.
While the region’s Under-16 girls, who proved too strong for South-West Victoria with a 2-0 scalp in their tournament opener, will have games against two strong rivals in Ballarat and Geelong on day two of the tournament.
Sunraysia’s Under-16 boys will also be back in action on Pitch 12 on Sunday as they aim to keep the flow of goals up against Geelong.

The Sunraysia boys started their tournament with a flurry of goals in a huge 11-goal shut-out of South-Western Victoria, but the Geelong side is sure to prove a tougher test after picking up an opening day win of their own.
The KommunityTV coverage of the Country Leagues Football Association Championships runs from June 8-10 and includes all grand finals from the Under-16 and Under-18 age groups.
