The Melbourne Tigers and Kilsyth Cobras girls will have finals on their mind when they take over the action on court nine.

The Cobras and Tigers have both beaten Championship pool rivals Willetton Tigers in the past 24 hours, and the clash between the pair will determine who tops the group.

Both teams have had their individual stars on the court, but it has been the uniformity of their teamwork which has out the teams on the cusp of finals contention.

The showdown will headline a big day of action across Court 9 and 10 which will feature play-off action in the afternoon.

KommunityTV will broadcast over 200 games LIVE and EXCLUSIVE on six courts at the U14 Club Championships at Casey in Melbourne’s southeast suburbs over six days from Sunday. Each day of the coverage will feature three LIVE stories showcasing two courtseach.

That split will be Courts 1 and 3, Courts 9 and 10 and Courts 5 and 6.

The trio head up the NSW assault on the boys championship division at the Basketball Australia Under-14 Club Championships in Casey.

The action across Court 9 and 10 also features a key boys Championship showdown between South West Metro Pirates and Keilor Thunder.

The Thunder have a chance to jump straight into the finals with a big win, while the Pirates will need to win by a considerable margin to force their way into the play-offs after an early loss in the cross-pool rounds.

The action also includes several key Shield matches before the play-offs get underway in the afternoon.
