Soccer WAG ‘files for divorce’ after husband’s love child scandal

A wife whose famous sports star husband fathered not one, but two children with another woman, has reportedly taken action.

A British WAG has reportedly served her soccer star husband with divorce papers after his “love child scandal” with an ex-mistress was exposed.

Annie Kilner, who married England player Kyle Walker in November 2021, with the pair sharing four sons together, Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, Reign, five and five-month-old Rezon.

But despite first meeting 15 years ago, Kilner and Walker’s romance has weathered many ups and downs, largely due to the football player’s lengthy history of alleged infidelity.

However, the final straw for Kilner came at the end of 2023, when she discovered her husband had fathered two children with influencer Lauryn Goodman.

Details of Walker’s history with Goodman became public knowledge when she applied for extensive financial support for son Kairo and a daughter known only as KW.

While Goodman’s money requests against the soccer star, reportedly worth around $A52million, were denied in court, it publicly exposed his infidelity against his wife.

Now Kilner, 31, has reportedly begun legal proceedings to end their marriage, with Walker said to have been left stunned by the “bombshell news”, according to an exclusive report by The Sun.

Sources told the publication the couple are “no longer on speaking terms”, adding that Walker, 34, is now also consulting lawyers and that the pair are “preparing to fight” over his fortune as their relationship “turns ugly”.

“Kyle was stunned when he got the papers,” the source told The Sun.

“He’s spoken to Annie about them and they are discussing the next steps.

“This doesn’t necessarily mean they will divorce.

“This is as much Annie flexing her muscles as it is anything else.

“She wants Kyle to know she’s not messing about. But if this is a bluff, it may well back-fire.”

The couple separated at Christmas after Goodman revealed Walker was the father of her second child in a text message to Kilner.

But it has been widely reported that the couple have been battling to save their relationship ever since.

They were childhood sweethearts and met in Sheffield, a city located about 260 km northwest of London, as teenagers but only got married in three years ago during an intimate ceremony at Mottram Hall in Cheshire.

The wedding took everyone by surprise – not least because of a slew of sex scandals involving the player, who had recently moved from Manchester City to Tottenham Hotspurs as part of a $A97million deal.

First, Ex on the Beach TV reality star Laura Brown said she and Kyle repeatedly romped in his Bentley, The Sun states, prompting Kilner to kick her husband out of their sprawling home.

The pair reunited but she gave him the boot again when he revealed Goodman was having his baby.

He moved into an $A16,000-a-month apartment nearby —- and was then caught breaching Covid lockdown rules by having an orgy with two sex workers.

“What he has done to me and our children is obscene,” Kilner told The Sun.

“I can’t begin to put it into words.

“In late March last year he was unfaithful with a reality TV star.

“I found out a month later and was broken by it.

“He begged me to take him back but by July he was at it again.

“Not even three months later and someone was pregnant. My youngest was one. Who does that?

“I don’t think I’ll ever be the same again because of what he’s done.

“I’ve tried to hate him but how can I hate the man my kids love so much?

“I knew it was always a possibility Kyle would do it again but getting someone pregnant was my worst nightmare.”

The couple miraculously stayed together against all the odds and Kyle proposed with a $A500,000 ring.

They wed in secret in front of a handful of guests but less than a year later he cheated on her with Goodman once again.

The Instagram influencer, 34, fell pregnant after they met in London whilst he was waiting for groin surgery ahead of the World Cup in Qatar in 2022.

She gave birth to a baby girl, KW, in July last year – as Walker reportedly begged her not to reveal the truth to his wife.

But on December 27, as he was playing a major soccer match, Kilner’s phone lit up with a message.

It read: “Hey it’s Lauryn. I just wanted to quickly tell you that Kyle is the father of our daughter.”

Kilner, who was heavily pregnant at the time with the couple’s fourth son, announced their shock split two weeks later.

Walker moved into a rented mansion close to their couple’s family home and in an exclusive interview with The Sun spoke of his shame.

“What I’ve done is horrible and I take full responsibility,” he admitted.

“I made idiot choices and idiot decisions.”

Kilner gave birth to their fourth son Rezon in April with Walker at her bedside.

But behind the scenes, the couple were fighting a losing battle to save the marriage amid furious rows.

Pictures of them together at the Euros earlier this year illustrated the huge gulf between them, The Sun added.

When Walker returned to the UK after the tournament, which England lost to Spain, he appeared in court for a two-day legal battle over money with Goodman.

The judge overseeing his financial remedy hearing issued a damning judgement and concluded that Goodman had used the player as an “open ended chequebook” and preyed upon his desire to keep the paternity of his love child daughter a secret.

Friends of the couple said the legal battle had “galvanised” them against a common foe.

But Kilner hit the roof after the court papers revealed for the first time the vast sums her husband was shelling out to Goodman.

He had increased her housing budget from $A3.6million to $A4.7million after she threatened to move within 10 minutes of his marital home.

He paid $A94,000 for fitted wardrobes and a media screen, $A146,000 for a furnishing fund, $A17,500 for 14 CCTV cameras, $A11,000 for an alarm and $A100,000 for curtains and a blind.

Kilner has reportedly demanded half of her husband’s fortune as part of a “financial divorce” in a bid to secure her and their kids’ future.

A spokeswoman for Walker and Kilner were contacted for comment.
