The 263-ball knock, which included 15 fours and two sixes, took Harris to 559 runs for the season at an average of 111.8.
The 32-year-old has been a model of consistency with five scores of 50 or more for Lancs from just seven innings.
Meanwhile, Pat Cummins and Travis Head’s hopes of playing in this year’s IPL finals are fading fast after their Sunrisers Hyderabad lost again on Saturday.
Gujarat Titans beat the Australian pair’s team by 38 runs at Ahmedabad.
Cummins took 1-40 off his four overs as Gujarat posted 6-224 from its 20 overs.
Jos Buttler (64 off 37 balls) and Shubman Gill (76 off 38) helped power the Titans with the bat.
Hyderabad was then restricted to 6-186. Head opened and registered 20 off 16 balls with four fours, while Cummins was 19 not out of 10 balls.
Sunrisers are ninth of 10 teams with four matches left and look highly unlikely to reach the semi-finals.
The Titans sit second, equal on 14 points with Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
