Antonio Brown is a ‘savage’

EVEN if you have seen every game of every sport in your lifetime, you’ve never seen anything like this. Ever.

EVEN if you have seen every game of NFL in your lifetime, you have never seen this.

Seasoned Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown enjoyed two touchdowns in the Steelers 45-10 victory over the Indianopolis Colts on Monday. But it was what he did following his second score of the game that left one word on everyone’s lips — why?

Also a specialist punt returner, Brown made a 71-yard return touchdown with four minutes left in the final quarter.

Running the final 30 yards with no defensive threat in sight, the 27-year-old showed no signs of slowing down, and continued to run through the endzone towards the post.

Brown then launched himself, groin first, into the goalpost. Again, why?

After the “celebration”, Brown earned himself a penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct. But as he was announcing the sanction to the crowd, even the ref struggled to keep a straight face.

Fans on Twitter found the painful celebration just as hilarious.

It might not be the most conventional way to draw a touchdown penalty, but you have to give the man credit for having the balls to try to spice up the entertainment. Well at least he used to have balls.

Fortunately, his team’s victory softened the blow.

Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger threw for 364 yards and four touchdowns in the win.

The Steelers (7-5) moved a game ahead of the Colts (6-6) while keeping pace with the New York Jets and Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC wild card race.
