Who’s in? Who’s out? The 2025 AFL Brownlow Medal invitees we know

Who’s made the guestlist? Who’s opting out? And which players on the trade table will still show up? Click for the Brownlow 2025 ins and outs.

Another wantaway star, Carlton’s Charlie Curnow, will step into the spotlight at the Brownlow Medal on Monday.

Curnow and fiancee, Tiana Simic, are back from their trip to the US and Mexico and will join the Blues table.

It comes after Curnow told the club during his post season meeting that he’s open to a trade.

It’s a similarly awkward situation for Essendon captain Zach Merrett who will face the music at footy’s biggest awards night.

Merrett and his wife Alexandra will attend in their first public moment since his situation hit the headlines.

North Melbourne’s captain Jy Simpkin, also reportedly wanting to explore a trade, will be there with his partner Chloe Wheatland.

Geelong superstar and Brownlow fancy Bailey Smith will of course be in attendance but missing will be fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow after their romance has reportedly cooled.

Instead Smith is set to bring one of his close mates as his plus one.

Missing will be Hawthorn’s Jack Ginnivan and his partner Lily Mitchell who hard launched their relationship on the red carpet last year.

Attending are all the rising star nominations, along with all club captains.

The Hawks players going include James Sicily, Josh Battle and Jack Gunston, while Melbourne will have Max Gawn, Kysaiah Pickett and Christian Petracca.

Collingwood players include Nick and Josh Daicos, Scott Pendlebury and Darcy Moore.

Representing others from the Cats Jeremy Cameron, Max Holmes and Patrick Dangerfield.

The Bulldogs will have Ed Richards, Tom Liberatore and Marcus Bontempelli.

St Kilda’s table will include Jack Steele, Jack Higgins and Callum Wilkie.

Essendon players attending also include Andrew McGrath and Nic Martin while among Richmond’s invited players are Tim Taranto, Jacob Hopper and Jayden Short.

North Melbourne will have Harry Sheezel, Luke Davies-Uniacke, while Carlton’s guest include George Hewett, Curnow and Patrick Cripps.

Past dual winner Chris Judd and wife Bec are giving it a miss after an appearance last year.
