Richmond are the AFL Premiers after thrashing GWS by 89 points in front of a crowd of 100,014 at the MCG in a stunning one-sided Grand Final.
Dustin Martin was the star, claiming his second Norm Smith Medal as the Tigers took home their second flag in three years.
It was a day of redemption for a Richmond outfit disappointed in last year’s preliminary final exit, and featured a footy fairytale in Marlion Pickett. The 27-year-old first gamer was sensational, scoring four Norm Smith votes after accumulating 22 touches and scoring a goal.
