A unit pitched as “Broadbeach’s most luxurious skyhome” has hit the market with a $6.5m price tag.
The three-bedroom penthouse in Andrews Projects’ Beach House project is the last of its kind in the 14-storey building, which will be home to 12 full-floor apartments.
Sarah Andrews, the project’s sales manager, said inquiries had remained strong for Gold Coast property despite the tough financial times.
“We don’t expect Residence 1201 to last long, the amount of interest we receive on a daily basis for Beach House is phenomenal,” she said.
“It’s been very well received by the market as there is nothing comparable to it in Broadbeach and won’t be for a long time.
“We sold the first 10 residences within a week of launching to market back in 2021.”
Broadbeach has become a major development hub for the city over the past year, with billions of dollars worth of projects either under construction or in the pipeline, resulting in a record number of cranes standing on the skyline.
