Eternity tower Broadbeach: Bassar Property Group reveals future of 35-storey high-rise next to school

A prominent Gold Coast property developer has revealed the future of a giant high-rise planned for a site next to one of the city’s best-known primary schools. SEE THE PLANS.

A PROMINENT Gold Coast developer is already preparing to build another high-rise tower as it puts the finishing touches on its latest high-rise.

Construction of Bassar Construction Group’s 39-storey Infinity tower is in its final stages after two years of building.

Despite increasing costs and a slowing construction sector, Bassar is moving ahead with its next project, the 35-storey Eternity, with plans to turn the first sod as early as April.

Leading construction company Hutchinson Builders has been appointed to build the tower, which will rise over Broadbeach State School.

Bassar’s Leo Sarris said the 88-unit tower would be aimed at downsizers.

“For those who are downsizing from a house in a suburb away from the beach or coming

from city locations, views of the ocean are number one,” he said.

“Having lived through the events of the past two years, the ability to sit outside, see the

water, and walk to the beach or exercise along the foreshore are almost non-negotiable.”

“Even though Broadbeach is an inner-city suburb, you have this wonderful foreshore and the

beach right there on the doorstep.”

Units in the tower start at $1.7m and are being marketed by Kollosche.
