Developer QNY to build 25-storey luxury Camilla tower in Broadbeach
A luxury tower with 31 giant units will join Broadbeach's $3bn development boom in 2026 after securing the green light from council.
Construction will begin next year on a $120m tower overlooking one of the Gold Coast’s best-known parks.
Camilla, which will rise to 25 storeys, has been put forward by QNY, headed by Anthony Quinn and is earmarked for a 582sq m site on Broadbeach’s Surf Pde.
The Gold Coast City Council ticked off on the project last week and Mr Quinn said construction would begin in late 2026.
“Camilla is designed to feel like a sanctuary, blending coastal calm with contemporary sophistication,” he said.
“Every detail has been carefully considered to balance privacy, openness, and connection to the natural environment, creating homes that are timeless, refined, and designed to meet the expectations of discerning buyers seeking a coastal residence of exceptional quality.”
The tower, which was first revealed in June, will have 31 units.
There will be 16 half-floor two-bedroom units, 14 three or four-bedroom full-floor apartments and a single, two-storey penthouse.
It is the company’s second project in the suburb, with construction well underway on No. 21 Broadbeach, a joint project with Glenville Developments.
It comes amid several major developments either under construction or proposed.
Broadbeach and Mermaid Beach were recently dubbed the Gold Coast’s new “golden mile”, with more than $3bn of development projects currently rising.
Construction has also begun on Amalgamated Property Group (APG) and Base Development’s 180-unit, 39-storey Affinity Broadbeach tower which is expected to be completed in 2028.
More than half of its apartments have already sold.
Abedian and Co will begin construction in March 2026 on its $570m, 45-storey Mary Ave tower in Broadbeach.
