Donald Trump has delivered a new set of declarations in a fiery self-congratulatory speech to celebrate his first 100 days in office.

Overnight, commerce secretary Howard Lutnick gave the biggest clue yet that the US has inked a trade deal following Mr Trump’s tariffs being implemented. He said a deal was “done, done, done,” but was coy on who exactly with.
Meanwhile, Mr Trump said Australia has been “calling” but he’s yet to chat, and that he believes Russian President Vladimir Putin does want to end the war in Ukraine.
It has also been revealed Elon Musk, who hates remote work, has stopped working at the White House for his official role with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles told the New York Post that phone meetings with him have “the same net effect” as those in-person.
