Donald Trump has claimed victory in the US presidential election.
See below for the results of each state based on data provided by Reuters and the calls made by Fox News’s Decision Desk.
The winner of the presidential election is decided by the Electoral College system, under which each state has a set number of electoral votes that is determined by the size of its population.
A presidential candidate needs at least 270 electoral votes overall to claim victory and Trump already holds 295 cementing his place as the 47th President of the United States.
As of early Friday morning AEDT on November 8, Arizona and Nevada were yet to be officially called.
At the time of publication, Arizona had 69.05 per cent of the vote counted and Trump was leading Harris 52.3 per cent to 46.8 per cent.
Meanwhile in Nevada with 89.73 per cent of the vote counted, trump was also ahead at 51 per cent to Harris’ 47.2 per cent.
