Donald Trump plans White House transition, Hackers issue threats over Trump, Harris call logs

Cybercriminals have issued threats to both Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, as the President-elect has been spotted with Elon Musk and other famous faces.

What will Donald Trump do in his first 100 days in office?

A hacker has threatened to release private call logs of President-elect Donald Trump and and outgoing VIce President Kamala Harris unless one of the world’s largest telecom companies meets their demands.

The cybercriminal posted a portion of Ms Harris’ stolen call records on a private hacking forum, along with a cryptic demand directed at American telecom giant AT&T.

“If you do (not) contact me or Reddington by Sunday, consider all of the Data to be leaked ... In the event you do not reach out to us @ATNT all presidential government call logs will be leaked,” the hackers message read.

It comes as Mr Trump has been spotted with his billionaire supporter Elon Musk, celebrity backer Caitlyn Jenner and granddaughter Kai Trump.

Photos of the group taken at an outdoor area of Mr Trump’s Florida resort Mar-a-Lago and posted to Instagram by Jenner.

Earlier, Anthony Albanese revealed he had spoken with US president-elect Donald Trump for the first time since the election result.

The Prime Minister said it was “good to speak this morning with President Trump to personally congratulate him on his election victory”.

“We talked about the importance of the Alliance, and the strength of the Australia-US relationship in security, AUKUS, trade and investment,” he said.

“I look forward to working together in the interests of both our countries.”

It came as Kevin Rudd, Australia’s Ambassador to the US, deleted previously posted anti-Trump comments from his social media which labelled the President-elect as “the most destructive president in history”.

Mr Trump is spending the day with his team at Mar-a-Lago, strategising about his second administration.

Kamala Harris earlier conceded the election but told followers in Washington DC, “I do not concede the fight that fuelled this campaign”.

She said the Democrats “will engage in a peaceful transfer of power” – a “fundamental principle,” she said, that separated democracy from “monarchy and tyranny”.
