Virgin’s latest sale slashes prices on flights to Uluru, but only for a limited time

Travellers looking to score a deal on a trip to one of Australia’s most iconic tourist destinations have days to do so, with a flash sale slashing prices to the heart of Australia.

Flights to Uluru with Virgin are on sale from as little as $99, but punters have a limited time to nab a ticket with sale only lasting 72 hours.

Deal-seekers can get a trip to The Rock direct from Brisbane or Melbourne for $99 one way, with travel dates available from July 22 this year until March 26 next year.

Sydneysiders, alongside those travelling from Adelaide, Hobart, and the Gold Coast, can all nab tickets to the rock for $199.

Sandgropers can get tickets for $349, while those in Cairns can secure a seat for $209.

Virgin flies direct to Uluru from Melbourne and Brisbane, with tickets from Cairns including a transfer via Brisbane.

Travellers in Perth and Sydney have a choice to go through either Melbourne or Brisbane, while those coming from Adelaide, Hobart, or the Gold Coast will have to go through the Victorian capital on their journey to Uluru.

The sale kicked off on Monday, and lasts until midnight Wednesday – unless it’s sold out prior.

Fares mentioned are for one-way trips on Virgin economy lite, with seat selection and baggage not included.
