Wild road incident caught on dashcam after ute hits scooter in Port Melbourne
A shocking road rage attack has been captured in Port Melbourne after a ute driver hit a man on a scooter.

Shocking dashcam footage has captured a shocking road rage attack at a busy Port Melbourne intersection.
The footage shows a grey Volkswagen ute swerving through traffic on Bay St on April 14 before making a sharp left turn from the right lane into Rouse St.
The erratic ute driver struck a scooter knocking the rider — a 38-year-old Dingley Village man — to the ground.
Moments later the rider is seen approaching the driver’s side of the ute, unleashing punches to the back of the drivers head.
The driver, a 57-year-old St Kilda man, attempted to protect his head during the attack.
Both men suffered minor injuries but declined medical treatment at the scene.
Police are investigating and are expected to interview both drivers.
