Australian Social Media Users At Serious Risk Of Harm According To Review 17/03/2022

A review into global tech giants has found AUSTRALIAN social media users were at risk of serious harm online and needed a one-stop shop for victims to report violent abuse….and greater privacy protection for young people. 

Concerns have been raised about a major review into the operator of Victoria’s Triple-0 service after staff were hand-picked to take part in consultations.  

A husband suspected of lighting his home on fire while his wife and children were inside had a history of violence with a magistrate ordering he undergo a men’s behaviour change program last year. 

The state government has been urged to make a bid for the 2027 Rugby World Cup.
