Tasmania man accused of raping a woman multiple times and secretly filming her to be assessed for fitness to stand trial
The 29-year-old has been charged with three counts of rape, indecent assault, recording his alleged victim in breach of privacy and possession of a prohibited visual recording.

A MAN accused of raping a woman three times and secretly filming her have sex, dressing and undressing will be assessed on whether he is fit to stand trial in the Supreme Court.
The 29-year-old, of no fixed address and who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared in Launceston Magistrates Court by phone.
He has been charged with three counts of rape, indecent assault, observation or recording in breach of privacy and possession of a prohibited visual recording all in Southern Tasmania.

The rapes were alleged to have occurred between October 2015 and February 26 this year.
The man allegedly made the visual recording and assaulted the woman in February this year.
Solicitor James Oxley said he was intending to obtain a report into the fitness of the accused man to enter pleas to the charges and stand trial.
Magistrate Simon Brown adjourned the matters without plea to July 13.
