From tons to wicket hauls and everything in between, the first weekend of senior grade Darwin and Districts Cricket Competition was an exciting one.

Julie Page (Women’s Div 1, Waratah): Batting in the middle order Page scored 34* runs off 30 balls, and hit two fours.

Melissa Campbell (Women’s Div 1, Waratah): The captain was solid atop the order, hitting 31* runs off 33 deliveries, with two fours, Campbell also took a runout in the first inning.

Jordi O’Toole (Women’s Div 1, PINT): The bowler recorded figures of 3/24 off of four overs.

Eliza Jagger (Women’s Div 1, Tracy Village): One shy of a milestone, the number three scored 49 runs from 31 deliveries, hitting six boundaries.

Krystelle Jones (Women’s Div 1, Tracy Village): Like Jagger, Jones was one shy of 50 runs, making 49* off 41 balls, with two fours and a maximum.

Daniel Fett (B-grade, Palmerston): The opener fell just short of triple figures, making 97 runs off 106 deliveries, with 10 fours.

Andrew Somerville (B-grade, Palmerston): The captain made 44 runs off 24 deliveries at number three with four boundaries and two sixes.

Ayden Allan (B-grade, Palmerston): Allan took the terrific figures of 4/12 off his 2.4 overs, plus made two catches, as well as hitting 31* runs off 33 deliveries at number four.

Awais Mahmood (C-grade, Waratah): At number seven, Mahmood scored 31* runs from 42 balls, making three fours and a six. He also took 2/18 off five overs with the ball.

Muhammad Owais Qureshi (D-grade, Tracy Village Red): Opening the batting, Qureshi scored 84 runs off 101 deliveries, hitting nine fours.

Anav Bhandari (D-grade, Tracy Village Red): The Villager ripped through Palmerston’s line-up taking 5/12 off seven overs, and bowled one maiden.

Todd Pemble (D-grade, Southern Districts Black): The Croc was brilliant with the Kookaburra, taking 5/14 from his seven overs in which he bowled one maiden.

Jay Munday (D-grade, Southern Districts Black): Munday was also on fire for the Crocs taking 4/15 off his seven overs where he too bowled a maiden.

Rhonan Appleby (Sunday 1, Waratah Warriors): The opener hit a steady 73 runs off 71 balls, making five boundaries and four sixes.

Archit Bhatia (Sunday 1, Waratah Warriors): The Tahs other opener also scored big, hitting 86 runs from 85 balls with five fours and four sixes.

Angus Campbell (Sunday 1, Waratah Warriors): Like his openers, Campbell had a day out, making 80 runs off 61 deliveries, hitting six fours and three sixes.

Rohit Adhikari (Sunday 1, Waratah Warriors University): Adhikari took figures of 4/25 off his six overs.

Jashandeep Singh Saini (Sunday 2, PINT Green): Putting together the performance of the round Saini made 144 runs off 99 deliveries, hitting 11 fours and seven sixes.

Jaspreet Gill(Sunday 2, PINT Green): Gill hit 66* runs off 79 balls before retiring not out.

Manmeet Singh (Sunday 2, PINT Green): The bowler took figures of 4/31 off his eight overs, bowling one maiden.

Saqlain Nawaz (Sunday 2, Tracy Village Blue): At number seven, Nawaz scored 69 runs from 40 deliveries, hitting seven boundaries and three sixes.

Liam Durie (Sunday 2, Darwin): The Eagle took figures of 4/20 off seven overs, bowling one maiden, and took one catch.

Sahil Sharma (Sunday 2, Tracy Village Gold): Batting number five, the Villager made 104 runs from 87 deliveries, hitting nine boundaries and four sixes.

Darshan Thakkar (Sunday 2, Palmerston White): The opener smacked 58* runs off 26 balls, hitting seven gours and four maximums.

Kiran Pathak (Sunday 2, Waratah Warriors University): Pathak took 4/23 off his 4.3 overs.

Chandana Chi Perera (Sunday 3, Waratah): The Tah skittled Tracy Village’s line-up recording 5/8 off five overs, bowling one maiden.

Murray Crawford (Sunday 3, Darwin): Crawfor took 4/24 from his six overs.

Craig Windebank (Sunday 3, Southern Districts): The Croc was on song, recording figures of 4/12 off his four overs.
