From Tassie’s famous scallops to lamb and beef sourced from our state’s best producers - we’re on the hunt to find Tasmania’s most delicious pie as winter rolls in!

After dozens of nominations we’ve nailed it down to a list of 24 top bakeries who our readers think consistently serve up the best hearty and piping hot savoury pies.

Exeter Bakery racked in multiple nominations for their mouth-watering steak and pepper pies while Trading Post at Port Huon was named for their curry chicken pie, while other punters voted for the ol’ faithful Banjos.
