CALLING all festival fanatics.
Tassie’s Party in the Paddock will return next year to Quercus Park at Carrick, 17km west of Launceston, for a huge four-day music and arts extravaganza.
Kicking off on February 8, 2024, the festival has come a long way in its eleven years, starting out on a quaint hay bale stage with just a few hundred punters, organisers say.
And while the full line-up of bands is yet to be announced, festival organisers say with an extra day added to the event, crowds of over 12,000 people are expected to descend on the rural site.
“The annual Paddock pilgrimage is back in full swing and we’re as excited as ever to be bringing Tassie crew, mainlanders, Aussie expats and some of our favourite bands in the whole wide world back to a couple ofbeloved, dusty and old Tasmanian paddocks,” festival director Jesse Higgs said.
More information will be released on the festival website in the coming weeks.
