One youth in custody as Tasmania Police search for second alleged car thief in Risdon Vale
A youth is in custody and police are searching for a second alleged offender after a car theft on Hobart’s Eastern Shore this morning.

A YOUTH is in custody and police are searching for a second alleged offender after a stolen vehicle incident in Risdon Vale on Saturday morning,
Police received a report of dangerous driving involving a white Mitsubishi Triton in the Geilston Bay area about 11.30am on Saturday.
A number of police units attended the area, including the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
A youth was taken into custody without incident a short time later in bushland at Risdon Vale.
Police are currently searching the Risdon Vale area for a second alleged offender, last seen wearing a white T-shirt.
