Family-friendly Jurassic Creatures dinosaur exhibition to be at Wrest Point Casino in March 2021

WREST Point Casino’s lawns will look more like Jurassic Park when an interactive family-friendly dinosaur display sets up at the waterfront site next year.

Jurassic Creatures – a nationally touring walk-through event – will arrive in Hobart next March offering visitors a lifelike exhibition of more than 30 animatronic real-sized dinosaurs.

As part of the event will be provided with a digger outfit to unearth their own fossils, while a range of other arts and crafts activities will be on offer alongside a host of rides, puzzles, drawing classes and jumping castles.

Wrest Point general manager Andrew Fox said the casino was “stoked” to bring the exhibition to Tasmania following the event’s success interstate.

“People have absolutely loved getting up close to the dinosaurs and we know it’s going to

capture the imaginations of the young and young at heart,” he said.

“It’s been a while since we all enjoyed large-scale public displays like this, so we just can’t

wait to see families getting out again for high quality entertainment.”

Tickets are now on sale.

Sessions run for 2 hours. Prices are from $36.50 per person, while a four-person family pass is $120. Entry for kids under 3 is free.
