Thousands of people have been named and shamed in a government list containing over 4600+ owing the state millions.

Fine-shirkers still owe Tasmanian ratepayers over $11,328,568.49, about a quarter of which is owed by just 10 people.

The highest debtor to the state, David Wei Meng Lee, owes over $1.2 million to the public purse for black market abalone trading.
