MORTUARY services have removed a body from a Blackmans Bay street after a person suffered a public heart attack.
The Mercury understands the deceased was an elderly person, on a walker who suffered a heart attack on Tingira Rd, Blackmans Bay.
The person was with a family member, who called emergency services.
Police were on scene assisting health authorities at the time of the incident, around 11am.
