A real estate listing has provided a sneak peek into one of the eight properties Braddon Liberal MHA Adam Brooks has in his portfolio.
Mr Brooks’s Port Sorell mansion has been listed online for offers over $2.7 million.

The seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom, seven-car-spot home is a “sweeping statement of perfection”, according to realtor Beachwood Real Estate.
The recreation area offers an 8.5m heated indoor pool with waterfall feature, hot tub and sauna, while the “entertaining and gaming zone” boasts a fully equipped bar, informal dining and an eight-seater cinema.
“This truly is a home like no other,” the listing said.
Fairfax Media reported Mr Brooks’s former family home sold in May but the listing was active yesterday with Mr Brooks as the property’s owner, according to government records.
