A small earthquake shook the popular Midland Highway pit stop of Campbell Town on Saturday afternoon, but it seems the 2.5 magnitude tremor went largely unnoticed.

Boutique leather goods shop Lake Leather felt nothing and if the quake shook the froth of beers at the Campbell Town Hotel Motel, the patrons didn’t notice.

Lake Leather spokeswoman said the only quake she could remember was about 25 years ago when a rumble rattled windows.
