South Aussie media star Andrew ‘Cosi’ Costello helps young fan find love on Tinder

A cheeky Tinder profile featuring Channel 7 star Andrew ‘Cosi’ Costello has caught the attention of the man himself. And he’s given the young buck a big leg up.

A young man has turned to an unlikely wingman for his Tinder profile – local TV personality Andrew ‘Cosi’ Costello.

While most blokes showcase their fishing catches or gym selfies, 19-year-old Sam decided a picture with Cosi was the way to go to attract Tinder matches.

Sharing a screenshot of Sam’s profile on Facebook this week, Channel 7 star Cosi wasted no time playing matchmaker.

“Someone just sent me this. I’m on this young fella’s Tinder profile,” he wrote.

“Girls give Jack a crack. If it’s successful I’ll MC the wedding.”

Many voiced their support and well wishes for the teen, with some musing “he looks a lot like a young Cosi”.

“Go for it girls! He looks like a good bloke! He must be if he loves Cosi Andrew Costello!” Michelle Starr-Doult wrote.

“It’s not what you know, it’s WHO you know!!” Sheri Hope wrote.

“Legend. Good luck Jacko. You’ll get a gig for sure,” Anna O’Rourke wrote.

Rachel Cooper suggested that Cosi set him up with one of his daughters, so that he can “MC at the wedding, walk the bride down the isle and help fund it”.

“Win win for Jack and the future Mrs!” she wrote.

“Introduce him to your daughters. Looks a nice lad,” Robyn Lyons wrote.

Some people were disappointed it wasn’t a “2 for 1 special” with others putting in their own requests for the host turned impromptu dating coach.

“I need someone mid-40s please,” Lucinda Taylor wrote.
