The brother of a young footballer who was declared brain-dead after an on-field collision has called for better concussion management after seeing his brother suffer several head knocks during his playing career. 

The Mount Barker Football Club has been forced to move its Anzac Day clash. 

New figures show young children have been worst affected by an early start to this year’s flu season in South Australia.

Scans have confirmed that young Port Adelaide key forward Mitch Georgiades has suffered an ACL injury, which will rule him out for the rest of the season.
