Family tickets for Royal Adelaide Show 2025 cost $2.50 more than last year

Adelaide's iconic show will celebrate 100 years this year, as ticket prices edge higher and a popular character returns.

The Royal Adelaide Show is back again — but with a few ticket price hikes.

While a weekday children’s pass ($16.50) will cost the same for a second year in a row, a full-priced adult showgoer ($28) will pay just $1 more compared to 2024.

Family tickets ($67) have seen the biggest jump, increasing by $2.50, and concession is also up by $1 for the August 30 to September 7 event.

The beloved event will be presented by Drakes this year for its 100th year celebration at the Adelaide Showground, with tickets going on sale at 9am on Friday.

Everyone’s favourite heeler, Bluey and Friends, will be returning for another year, with performances twice a day over seven days and a brand-new stage show.

“The Bluey stage show has been an unbelievably popular part of the Show over the past two years,” Royal Adelaide Show chief executive Will Rayner said.

“Every time we add more performances, the crowds just keep growing. Almost tripling the number of shows this year means even more South Australian children can experience the magic — it’s a big win for families.”

Also making a return by popular demand is Peppa Pig, along with her friend Sammy, to the Goyder Stage for more squeal-worthy fun.

Tickets will be available on the Show website or exclusively at the 54 Drakes Supermarkets across the state from Friday onwards.
