Eyre Highway delays following blaze outside Ceduna of transport truck trailer
Emergency service crews have worked to contain fires from a transport truck trailer and the surrounding grass.

A truck has burst into flames on a major highway in the Eyre Peninsula overnight causing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of damage.
Approximately five CFS firefighting crews attended the blaze to extinguish a truck which caught alight on the Eyre Highway at Puntabie, 45 km east of Ceduna.
Crews arrived the truck still alight, including explosive fire behaviour and flames extending into surrounding grass.
Fire fighters quickly contained the grass fire and foam induction cannons were used to control the blaze within the truck trailer.
The prime mover was not impacted and was able to be detached from the trailer which is a total loss.
CFS officials have estimated damage amount of the truck and contents is $200,000.
The Eyre Highway will have traffic controls in place into the morning.
Emergency services personnel are cautioning drivers to drive to conditions and adhere any directions.
