Six men, including an alleged Descendants bikie, have been arrested and millions of dollars of meth seized in citywide raids.

Police have seized millions of dollars worth of meth and nine vehicles as part of an investigation into a member of the Descendants Motorcycle Club.

On Thursday evening police raided five properties across Adelaide and seized 10kg of methamphetamine.

Detectives from the Crime Gangs Task Force had been investigating a man believed to be a member of the Descendants Motorcycle gangs since raids took place in October 2022 across Salisbury Downs and Mawson Lakes.

During those raids police located 471g of methamphetamine and 2.5kg of cannabis.

Among those arrested on Thursday was a Lockleys man, who was charged with trafficking a large commercial quantity and commercial quantity of methamphetamine.

Daniel Saleh, 43, from Paralowie was charged over the 10kg methamphetamine bust as well as the cannabis and methamphetamine seized last year.

Jayy Venables, 31, from Para Hills, was charged with trafficking commercial methamphetamine and large commercial cannabis over the raid in October last year.

Jake Lee Neil MacKenzie, 28, Salisbury Heights was charged with trafficking large commercial quantities of cannabis and methamphetamine.

He was also charged with domestic violence offences.

Jamie Wing, 34, from Burton, was charged also charged with trafficking large commercial cannabis and methamphetamine from raids in both 2022 and Thursday.

Frederico Louis Da Silva was charged with trafficking methamphetamine. He was remanded in custody following an appearance in the Adelaide Magistrates Court.

All six men were refused bail to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court later on Friday.

Alongside the drugs, police also seized cash, an extendible baton and other drugs including cannabis and fantasy.
