Adelaide fitness guru and ex-partner of Kayla Itsines, Tobi Pearce shares baby joy with new wife

Adelaide fitness entrepreneur and co-founder of the Sweat app, Tobi Pearce, has announced the arrival of a baby boy with his new wife, Rachel Dillon.

Fitness entrepreneur power couple, Adelaide’s own rich-lister Tobi Pearce and Townsville’s Rachel Dillon, have announced the arrival of their first child Easton J Pearce on social media.

Pearce, the ex-partner of Adelaide fitness queen Kayla Itsines, posted to Instagram the arrival of a baby boy with his new wife Dillon, a three-time World Beauty Fitness and Fashion bikini champion from Queensland.

“Our little love is earth side. 4th of July 2025, the post read.

In January, the couple announced in an Instagram video that they were expecting their first child together, with the post reading, “a little look into the journey of you”.

The couple were overjoyed in the video, showing off Dillon’s baby bump, with Pearce’s five-year-old daughter, Arna, who he shares with Itsines.

Dillon, also in the fitness business, is the founder of Move With Us, a nutrition platform with the goal of empowering women tailored and nutrition programs.

Pearce and Dillon tied the knot in Italy last May after dating for two years.

Their baby’s arrival comes after the couple’s well-documented IVF journey, which began in 2023.

Pearce and Itsines split in 2020 after an eight-year relationship but remain business partners and co-parents to Arna.

The duo took back control of the Sweat digital fitness empire in 2023, less than three years after their $200m sale to a US company.
