After months of speculation and rumour, an iconic Queensland attraction is finally ‘officially’ up for grabs - for a hefty price.

Warwick’s Gardens Galore, a thriving cafe, nursery, gelato bar, womenswear boutique and homeware shop located on a major Warwick business strip, is ready to be purchased for a cool $1.4m.

The business listing describes the precinct as a “well-established business with a stellar reputation and a solid 20-year trading history”, however for locals it’s a meeting place and for tourists it is often the sole reason they visit the region.

Elders Real Estate agent Andrew Williams said the business was a major “Warwick institution” which was a major drawcard for tourism for the already beloved tourist destination.

“It’s been a family run business for the past 20 years, which has the flexibility of multiple income streams from the nursery to giftware to ice creamery and even a cafe all on one site,” Mr Williams said.

“It’s got five or six different income streams in the one business, it’s a very profitable business.

“It is so well established with loyal and people that have and will travel just to visit, (they’re) dedicated to the business.

Mr Williams said the asking price of $1.4m included stock, plants and equipment and said the business was “fully operational”.

“The opportunity is there for someone to come in and seamlessly transition, the ideal owner is someone who is a good person and can deal with people, and has the capacity to work,” he said.

Mr Williams confirmed there had already been a cross section of inquiries from “here and afar” due to the knowledge the business was a major drawcard to the region.

Owners Sue and Clint Hoffman took to Facebook to confirm the news of the business being up for sale saying it was time for the “next chapter”.

“Gardens Galore is officially for sale! Perhaps you’ve noticed the signs or seen the agent’s ads giving it away, and now we’re confirming the news,” the business wrote.

“What began as an empty block has flourished into a successful, well-established business, built through our dedication, hard work, and passion for the industry.

“Now, it is time for new owners to continue the journey and take Gardens Galore into its next chapter.

“We remain committed to operating and improving the business until the right buyer comes forward. Our aim is to ensure that the business, which has been such an important part of our lives, continues to thrive in capable hands.”
