A man has died after his motorhome struck a pole, and an elderly female pedestrian was trapped under a vehicle in separate accidents west of Brisbane.

A man has died after his motorhome struck a pole at Ipswich on Monday morning.
The accident happened at the intersection of Parker Ave and Warwick Rd about 9.30am.
The driver of the vehicle, a 66-year-old Manunda man, was attended to by paramedics before being rushed to Ipswich Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
He was later declared deceased.
Witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage has been asked to contact Policelink on 131 444.
Investigations into the cause of the crash by the Forensic Crash Unit are ongoing.
It came as a 74-year-old woman was struck and trapped underneath a vehicle at Rosewood, west of Ipswich.
The accident happened at the intersection of Albert and William streets just before 5pm.
A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said crews used cutting gear to free the woman.
An ambulance spokeswoman said she suffered a leg injury.
The woman was airlifted to Brisbane’s Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.
