A car engulfed in flames has caused major traffic delays on Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast hinterland on Sunday afternoon, as firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze.
Emergency services closed the Beaudesert Beenleigh Road to put out the blaze, causing major delays in Cedar Creek.
No one was injured or in the vehicle during the blaze, and an ambulance was not required on scene.
Two Queensland Fire and Rescue crews arrived on the scene at approximately 3:20pm, with dramatic footage emerging online showing firefighters dousing the blaze.
Queensland police also attended the scene to assist with managing traffic.
