STAR Cowboys co-captain Johnathan Thurston has topped off his winning year by marrying long-time partner Samantha Lynch in a secret ceremony on Hamilton Island.
The 32-year-old NRL star tied the knot with Samantha Lynch, the mother of their two children Frankie and Charlie, on Hamilton Island earlier this week.
It is understood the loved up couple were married before a small gathering.
“We’d been hoping to keep this quite until all of our nearest and dearest received official notification in the mail however the news is out there now so here it is,” she wrote on Instagram.
The couple were engaged when Thurston popped the question to his long-time girlfriend while the couple were in America in 2012.
