Motorcyclist injured after crash on Logan Motorway
A motorcycle rider has sadly died after a serious crash that shutdown eastbound lanes of the Logan Motorway.

A 31 year-old motorcycle rider has died after a serious highway crash involving a truck on Friday.
Paramedics were called to the crash on near Oxley Creek Bridge, on the Logan Motorway eastbound towards Larapinta at 5.12pm.
Queensland Police said initial investigations indicated a motorbike was entering the Logan Motorway from the Blunder Road on ramp just after 5pm, when the vehicle collided with a truck.
The motorway was closed on Friday night for several hours following the crash.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said multiple units were called to the scene.
“We sent multiple units, a male patient was assessed with a life threatening head injury,” a QAS spokeswoman said.
The 31-year-old male rider died at the scene.
The 50-year-old truck driver was not injured in the crash.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said investigations were ongoing into the cause of the crash.
