AGENTS BEHIND IT ALL
Tom Offermann Real Estate
Nic Hunter, sale of $30m
The year in review:
“Last year, we continued to field strong inquiry for $10m-plus homes with high net-worth lifestyle buyers seeking first-class positions, waterfront on Noosa Sound, beachfront at Sunshine Beach or tranquil Little Cove.
“Homes are tightly held in these key spots with many long-term owners reluctant to let their prized holiday homes or primary residences go as they know it’s hard to get back in.
“It’s always a pleasure to represent our owners and to assist buyers in their pursuit for their dream Noosa life.”
Tom Offermann, sale of $16.9m
Tom Offermann reflected on the diverse clientele of his agency, Tom Offermann Real Estate, and the importance of trust in real estate.
“People are the soul of the Noosa shire,” Mr Offerman said.
“The spectrum of people we have the privilege to serve is immense. During a typical day I can meet with business leaders, celebrities, politicians, people at the top of their games from all over the world, retirees and even some first-home buyers access to a customer database spanning over three decades and collaborate harmoniously as a team to achieve premium results for clients.
“It’s always exciting to start working on a new listing for clients,” he said.
Mr Offermann said his team’s notable achievements included number one agency on the Sunshine Coast out of more than 300 competitors and number two in Queensland.
He also acknowledged the trust given to an agent to sell someone’s property as “humbling”.
“Because out of all their possible choices they’ve picked you,” he said.
Making a difference in the community is also at the very heart of the business, with Tom Offermann Real Estate the major sponsor of the Noosa Heads Surf Life Saving Club and the Noosa Coast Guard since the early 1990s.
Chris Miller, sale of $15m
Chris Miller’s clients often comment on his enthusiasm, professionalism, and his genuine and engaging approach.
According to Mr Miller, it’s easy to be passionate and enthusiastic when you love what you do, and get to do it in a place as remarkable as Noosa.
His demonstrated track record for achieving outstanding sales results, from entry-level investments to the most impressive prestige homes, is a result of his passion for Noosa property, and skills honed over many years; to employ savvy marketing strategies and negotiate tenaciously.
Mr Miller’s experience in property marketing and sales spans over 15 years. Managing a national property marketing business prior to joining the Offermann team in 2019, Mr Miller has developed a unique skill set.
When he’s not in the office, on the phone, or at an open home, you’ll find Mr Miller paddling the Noosa River, heading off for a national park run, enjoying glorious Main Beach with his family, or cheering on his son on the touch footy field and his daughters on the netball courts.
Rebekah Offermann, sale of $12.51m
“One thing that characterised some of our most notable sales of 2024, although this is nothing new, was the buyer focus on lifestyle elements, and properties that can set their new owners up for years of enjoying the very best that Noosa’s beaches, waterways and national parks have to offer,” she said.
“Whether it be waterfront homes, penthouses with sweeping bay views or homes in quiet and friendly neighbourhoods, people continue to seek a base from which they can jump out and enjoy these natural elements at their fingertips.
“Noosa remains a relatively tightly held market and the demand for this special locale shows no signs of slowing down.”
Jesse Stowers, top sale $8.5m
Jesse Stowers, a high achiever with a strong work ethic, has built a reputation for setting new price records across Noosa’s real estate market.
“When a property owner puts their trust in me, I see it as an honour and a privilege,” Mr Stowers said.
Known for his communication, integrity, and supportive approach, Mr Stowers believes “patience, perseverance, attention to detail, and exceeding expectations” are integral to success.
As a top performer with Tom Offermann Real Estate, he highlights the agency’s collaborative team culture.
“We offer clients access to one of the largest databases of active buyers in Noosa,” Mr Stowers said.
His career spans everything from budget investments to multimillion-dollar homes, where his tailored, strategic marketing campaigns deliver exceptional outcomes.
Raised in Noosa, Mr Stowers is grateful to call the region home.
“Every morning, I think how lucky we are to live in a place with safe beaches, surf breaks, the Noosa River, and so much more, all within 10 minutes.”
After years in the Royal Australian Navy and living across Australia, he says Noosa’s lifestyle is unmatched, and he’s passionate about helping clients navigate their next chapter with confidence.
Adam Offermann, sale of $8.38m
“Surpassing $58 million in property sales in my first year in 2024 has resulted in me becoming the highest transacting new agent in Noosa by sales value, thanks to delivering exceptional results for my clients,” he said.
Adam Offermann’s love for Noosa began long before he moved there, regularly escaping from Brisbane to enjoy the region’s beaches, surf, and outdoor activities.
After a successful career in corporate development and investment banking, where he managed transactions over US$10 billion, Mr Offermann and his wife Madeleine decided to leave Sydney’s fast pace for Noosa’s relaxed lifestyle.
Joining Tom Offermann Real Estate, he brought his business and finance background to the industry.
“We have a finely-tuned system built over three decades,” he says, noting that the agency outperforms its competitors.
Mr Offermann is known for his excellent service, transparency, and relationship-focused approach.
“No single transaction is as important as a relationship,” he adds.
Outside of work, Mr Offermann enjoys Noosa’s restaurants and is training for his first Noosa Triathlon.

“I treat the sale of any vendor’s property just like my own,” Ms Bengtsson said.
“The sellers are number one, and I’m highly motivated to achieve the best possible result.”
Ms Bengtsson attributes much of the agency’s success to its strong team environment, which she says is anything but lonely.
“We support each other and celebrate achievements across all departments, from administration and IT to our in-house media team,” she added.
She also credits Tom Offermann’s leadership and attention to detail as pivotal to the agency’s ongoing success.

Eric Seetoo, sale of $6.3m
Eric Seetoo’s real estate journey began in 1995 with a “wobbly start,” as he puts it.
“For two years, I whined about quitting many times and nearly succumbed. And remember, there was no internet, no mobile phones, and working hours were much longer — six to seven days a week was the norm,” Mr Seetoo said.
However, his determination and hard work over more than 25 years have paid off.
“My clients, many of whom have become dear friends, now form a solid part of my database and network,” he said.
From humble brick-and-tile homes to luxurious, architect-designed properties owned by sports stars and CEOs, Mr Seetoo emphasises that all clients seek the same qualities in an agent.
