The 23-year-old Logan district officer has been charged with eight counts of misconduct in relation to public office and 28 counts of misuse of a restricted computer.

Queensland Police said in keeping with their commitment to high standards of behaviour, transparency and accountability, they have undertaken to inform the public when a member of service faces serious allegations of misconduct.

This does not mean that the allegations against the member have been substantiated.

The officer has been suspended from service and is expected to appear in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on January 27, 2026.
