Queensland has recorded one new case of Covid overnight, a student at St Thomas More College who tested positive in quarantine, with NRL final plans still in place.

Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said the state delivered more than 25,000 vaccines - a new daily record.

The Premier confirmed there will be pop-up vaccination hubs for both NRL semi-final games this weekend held in Mackay.

The Premier confirmed that both NRL semi-final games on Friday night and Saturday have sold-out, which she says will be fantastic for the local Mackay economy.

Ms Palaszczuk said tickets for the NRL Grand Final held at Suncorp Stadium for the very first time were now on sale, opening at 9am this morning after being available since yesterday exclusively for club members.
