Queensland has recorded one new case of Covid-19, a student at St Thomas More College who is in home quarantine and is not considered a risk.
Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said the state delivered more than 25,000 vaccines - a new daily record.
7-Eleven, Westfield Garden City food court and local Bus Route 866 among new exposure sites
There are 57.63 per cent of Queenslanders with one dose and 39.35 per cent have had two doses.
“It doesn’t matter where you get the vaccine from, as long as you get it,” Ms Palaszczuk said.
“I summon Queenslanders to sign up for the jab army.”
The Premier confirmed there will be pop-up vaccination hubs for both NRL semi-final games this weekend held in Mackay.
The Premier confirmed that both NRL semi-final games on Friday night and Saturday have sold-out, which she says will be fantastic for the local Mackay economy.
Ms Palaszczuk said tickets for the NRL Grand Final held at Suncorp Stadium for the very first time were now on sale, opening at 9am this morning after being available since yesterday exclusively for club members.
