Bombshell prison recordings have captured the moment a woman accused of killing her love rival by running her down with a four-wheel drive is told by her mother that her co-accused partner is “tryin’ to frame you for the f**kin’ lot”.

The shocking conversation between accused killer Larissa Rita Mae-Leigh Sant and her mother, Donna, was laid bare in court documents, which also revealed prosecutors allege they have CCTV of Sant’s former partner and co-accused Tyler Scott William James printing out “false plates” at his workplace, a Yeerongpilly mechanics workshop, four days before the alleged murder.

Sant, who is accused of killing 23-year-old Kiesha Amanda Thompson outside a Daisy Hill, Logan childcare centre last year - just minutes after Thompson had dropped her one-year-old daughter off - spent five months in prison on remand before she was granted bail on December 18.

During her time behind bars she exchanged dramatic phone calls with her mum Donna, in which the 63-year-old urged her 24-year-old daughter to “save herself” from taking the rap for Thompson’s death and that she should give evidence against James.

In the taped prison conversations Donna urges Sant to “save yourself”.

“So yeah, they’re pretending that he is God’s gift to green earth and that he hasn’t done this and you’ve gone and done this all on your, on your own back because he was planning on going back to Kiesha,” Donna said to her daughter.

“And he denies being in a relationship,” an unidentified man then tells Sant.

“Rightio. So in other words he’s a two-faced dog,” Larissa Sant responds.

“Yeah, two-faced dog who’s tryin’ to frame you for the f**kin’ lot,” Donna said.

“Yeah,” Larissa said.

“Only way you can save yourself… is by you telling the truth to the police...his involvement, everything. They reckon he’s manipulated you somehow, whatever, to do this.”

Transcripts of the lengthy conversations between the trio were revealed in documents filed in the Supreme Court in Brisbane when Sant successfully applied for bail last month.

Sant is charged with murder and is alleged to be the principal offender as the driver of the car, while James is alleged to have aided or counselled Sant in their shared murder plot, or alternatively that they planned to intimidate Thompson and intentional killing was a probable consequence of this.

“I intend to plead not guilty,” Sant states in her affidavit, her lawyer argued that what caused the car to mount the kerb was a “matter of conjecture”.

James remains in custody with his lawyers lodging a Supreme Court bail application but it has not yet had a hearing date set.

Sant, a mum of three kids aged under five, is now free on bail.

Prosecutors allege that Sant may have been on the phone to James at the moment of impact with Thompson around 8.48am on July 19, and that minutes earlier Sant texted James love emojis and other messages as she lay in wait for Thompson for nearly three hours outside the childcare centre.

The pair were on the phone to each other for a lengthy eight minutes starting at 8.50am, prosecutors allege.

During these eight minutes prosecutors allege Sant fled the crime scene and headed straight for Loganholme Village shopping centre.

They allege they also have CCTV footage showing Sant removing a “fake” Victorian registration plate at this shopping centre 15 minutes after hitting Thompson, revealing her genuine Queensland registration plates underneath.

Prosecutors claim “fake” registration letters and numbers - “1UM” and “3JH” - were allegedly printed out by James. They allegedly match the registration plate of a similar silver Toyota Prado that was listed for sale on Facebook on July 14.

Sant then drove to Mortimer Park in Acacia Ridge where her car is seen alongside another vehicle - a mechanical customer’s car, driven by James - who then went to Rocklea McDonald’s drive-through at 10.31am, police allege.

Prosecutors also allege Sant actually planned to kill Thompson two days earlier on July 17, and she had lay in wait outside the childcare centre on that day, but that in a twist of fate Thompson did not drop her daughter off.

Sant and James met on Tinder and had been dating for five months at the time, police allege.

Their relationship is over, her lawyer states in court documents.

“I can’t stop thinking about potentially doing 15 years… how am I meant to be okay with a guy destroying my life in five months WTF!” Sant wrote to her mum in a letter from prison on September 11 last year.

Court documents reveal Sant is an unlikely alleged killer, who was working hosting “rainbow unicorn” and “My Little Pony” themed kids parties at the time of the horrific hit and run.

She was arrested by police while working at Brisbane Pony Parties in Mount Walker in the Scenic Rim, a day after the killing, and has been described as a doting mum by friends.

One character reference filed in court is from a retired police officer Ian J Mann, 75, from Lockyer Waters who agisted Sant’s horse and says she is kind and it was “inconceivable” that Sant was charged with murder.

Police allege the motive for the killing was because she was dating Tyler James and he wanted to win legal battles with his ex-partner Thompson.

James feared losing his child in a custody battle with his ex, prosecutors allege.

James also allegedly told two friends he wanted to kill Thompson.

“He said he was going to knock her off,” one friend told police.

“He sorts (SIC) of said, ‘you know I feel like killing her sometimes, you know like, I’d be better off,” the friend told police.

“All I know is he got his girl (Larissa) to do the running over,” the friend told police, according to the court documents.

An eyewitness to the hit and run told police that the driver of the Toyota Prado was wearing a dark hood with “brown fluff on the rim of the hood” and “big dark glasses” and she thought it was a female driver.

Sant also allegedly told her mum that she had hit a kangaroo with her car, and that her dashcam was not working the day she hit the kangaroo.

Sant’s case is due back in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on February 26.
