Labor leader Bill Shorten and his wife, Chloe, have taken in the delights of Salamanca Markets during a private visit to Hobart.
The Shortens, dressed warmly against the morning chill, were pictured in Salamanca Place yesterday after a spot of browsing and a stop at a local cafe.
The couple are in Hobart for a weekend getaway to celebrate Chloe Shortens’ birthday.
Mr Shorten is expected to make a campaign stop in Burnie as part of Justine Keay’s Braddon by-election campaign on Monday.
