Teenager arrested and charged over unregistered motorcycle use and drug possession in Coonamble
A 15-year-old boy is facing multiple charges after being arrested in Central NSW for hiding in a roof cavity, possessing a small amount of meth and riding an unregistered motorcycle on public roads.

A 15-year-old boy will appear in court on Monday after being arrested in connection with the use of unregistered motorcycles on public roads in the state’s west.
About 3.30pm on Sunday, officers attended a property on King St, Coonamble, where they found the teenager hiding in the roof.
During the search, police seized a Honda CRF450 motorcycle, which was found to be unregistered and a small quantity of meth in the boy’s underwear.
The teenager was arrested and charged with a range of offences including the use of an unregistered car on a public road; using an uninsured motor vehicle on a public road; riding without a helmet and carrying an unhelmeted passenger and driving without a licence.
As well as, reckless or dangerous driving, possession of a prohibited drug and breaching bail.
The boy was refused bail and is scheduled to appear before a Children’s Court Monday.
