Eight-car pileup on M4 in Wentworthville ends in stabbing and arrests
A multi-vehicle crash on the Western Sydney motorway escalated into violence on Wednesday morning, resulting in five arrests and one person hospitalised with a stab wound.

A multi-vehicle crash on the M4 Motorway at South Wentworthville escalated into violence on Wednesday morning, resulting in five arrests and one person hospitalised with a stab wound to the back of the head.
The crash, which involved up to eight cars at the eastbound off-ramp, occurred shortly before 3:45am.
Paramedics treated several people at the scene, while police arrested five individuals allegedly involved in an affray following the collision.
One injured person was transported to the hospital under police guard, while four others were taken to Granville and Parramatta Police Stations to assist with inquiries.
Officers attached to Cumberland Police are Command have commenced an investigation into the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
