Dr Espen Wold-Jensen’s company Dr Espen Enterprises collapsed owing $6.5m
Another company affiliated with an ex-Ninja Warrior contestant turned life coach has collapsed owing millions, with proceedings finalised days before an associated business folded owing $1.1m.
A second company affiliated with a former Ninja Warrior contestant turned life coach collapsed owing $6.5m, with liquidation finalised just three days before an associated business also folded with debts of more than $1m.
Espen Wold-Jensen describes himself as a “soulpreneur” and “CEO of multiple seven-figure businesses” but in 2024 his business Dr Espen Enterprises Pty Ltd collapsed, with debts of $6,440,048 and just $21,926 cash in the bank.
The registered chiropractor was on the first season of Australia’s Ninja Warrior and now charges thousands for “quantum transformation”, mindset, breathwork and wealth building workshops.
Dr Wold-Jensen is currently selling tickets for $1495 to a “Quantum Wealth Mastermind” seminar – location to be determined – in 2026, advertising sessions on “advanced wealth techniques from leading consciousness experts”.
A September 2024 report from the liquidator identified 16 priority creditors owed more than $42,000 in wages and superannuation, while five unsecured creditors – who were not identified – were owed more than $6.3m.
A separate document filed in June 2024 identified a debt of $418,722.68 to the Australian Taxation Office.
The liquidator identified Dr Espen Enterprises had been sold to another business associated with Dr Wold-Jensen named I Am Quantum Pty Ltd before it went into liquidation, and that I Am Quantum had continued its operations.
The Daily Telegraph revealed last Thursday that I Am Quantum had then gone into liquidation owing almost $1.1m – just three days after the liquidation of Dr Espen Enterprises was finalised.
Records reveal Dr Wold-Jensen was a director of I Am Quantum as recently as February, before handing directorship to Aditya Sudan.
Despite Dr Wold-Jensen ceasing to be a director, his website drespen.com identifies Quantum Global Ops and subsidiary I Am Quantum as the copyright holders.
I Am Quantum owes the Australian Taxation Office more than $900,000, along with amounts yet to be determined to a number of former staff members.
Despite I Am Quantum’s collapse on October 31, Dr Wold-Jensen is still advertising a three-day Quantum Advanced Seminar event, with tickets ranging from $1995 to $3495, at Rydges World Square in Sydney from November 21 to 23.
Liquidator documents for I Am Quantum reveal the company owes Crown Melbourne $9488.54 after hosting his “Quantum Wealth Summit” there in January this year.
“Dr Espen will unveil advanced wealth-building strategies and proven financial techniques that blend modern economic principles with timeless wisdom,” a promotion for the Melbourne event stated.
“You’ll discover how to tap into abundant opportunities, create multiple abundance streams, and accelerate your path to financial freedom using quantum principles.
“In this extraordinary day, you’ll master proven wealth-building tools and insights needed to quantum leap into a new reality and transform your relationship with money.”
In a statement, Dr Wold-Jensen described the closure of I Am Quantum as “one of the hardest decisions” of his career.
“It was made only after exploring every possible avenue to protect our team, students, and partners — and always with the values of honesty, compassion, and integrity at heart,” Dr Wold-Jensen wrote.
“Like many in the live-events and education sectors, I Am Quantum was profoundly impacted by the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic.”
Dr Wold-Jensen said the business had faced prolonged market disruption, three major cyber-attacks, and an economic climate where Australians were prioritising essential needs over “discretionary experiences”.
“Choosing voluntary liquidation was therefore an act of responsibility — a transparent step to meet all legal obligations, protect the interests of our employees and stakeholders, and close this chapter with integrity,” he wrote.
“The work of human transformation, education, and consciousness that began with I Am Quantum continues — stronger, wiser, and more sustainable — through Quantum Global and our future initiatives.”
