A motorcyclist has died in the state’s Hunter Valley region after colliding with a tree.
The man’s motorcycle left the road and crashed into a tree at around 10.50am on Sunday at Putty Rd, Howes Valley — about 40kms southwest of Singleton.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the 28-year-old rider, however he succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene.
Hunter Valley Police District have established a crime scene at the site and have commenced an investigation into the fatal crash.
The police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
