A woman, aged in her 40s, has allegedly been physically assaulted in Tennant Creek by an unknown man, who then also attempted to indecently assault her.
The Northern Territory Police Force are calling for information in relation to the alleged assault in the early hours of Sunday.
Police said the woman received minor injuries and was conveyed to the Tennant Creek Hospital for assessment.
Investigators have canvassed all available CCTV and are now requesting the publics assistance.
Police are urging anyone who was in the vicinity of Maloney Street around 1am on Sunday 27 July 2025, or who has information about this matter to contact 131 444 and quote reference NTP2500075470.
