Victoria Chrismas appointed to senior role at Casuarina Square

A 15-year retail veteran has been appointed to a senior role with Sentinal Property Group, owner of Casuarina Square Shopping Centre in Darwin.
Formerly with AMP and Mirvac, Victoria Chrismas is Sentinel’s new national retail leasing manager.
Sentinel CEO Warren Ebert said Ms Chrismas would be responsible for leasing transactions at Casuarina Square, which is Sentinel’s biggest asset.
“We’re delighted to appoint Victoria as our national retail leasing manager and she will oversee our four shopping centres, including Casuarina Square and Caneland Central in Mackay, as well as five large format retail assets,” he said.
As part of her new role, Ms Chrismas will lead the leasing of the two developments that are planned for Casuarina Square in the next two years.
“One of the developments relates to the new Woolworths with Click & Collect and eight new specialty stores,” she said.
“The other involves the revitalisation of The Quarter dining precinct which will comprise a new 1100 sqm entertainment offering.”
Brisbane-raised Ms Chrismas holds a Bachelor of Business Management - Real Estate and Development from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology and has been admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Established in 2010, Sentinel Property Group is an Australian property investment firm focused on commercial and industrial property trusts.
