Police have hit Beau Lamarre-Condon with fresh charges relating to the murders of his ex lover Jesse Baird and his boyfriend Luke Davies.
NSW Police have charged Mr Lamarre-Condon with two counts of domestic violence-related murder and one count of aggravated break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
These charges are in addition to the two murder charges he is already facing.
Mr Lamarre-Condon, who was a serving NSW Police officer when the alleged murders took place, is accused of breaking into Mr Baird’s sharehouse in Paddington and shooting the couple with his police issue gun on February 19.
The alleged murders sparked a manhunt for Mr Lamarre-Condon, who eventually handed himself into Bondi Police Station on February 23.
The bodies of Mr Baird and Mr Davies were found at a rural property in Bungonia, near Gouldburn.
Mr Lamarre-Condon has not been granted bail and has remained in custody since February.
He is yet to enter any pleas to the charges.
Police said he was hit with the fresh charges on July 18.
His case will return to Downing Centre Local Court on August 13.
Mr Lamarre-Condon was officially removed as a police officer in March.
