Man, 50, dies in hospital after alleged assault on taxi driver
A 50-year-old man has died in hospital after allegedly being struck by a taxi driver he assaulted in Casuarina.

A man seriously injured in an alleged taxi driver assault last week has died in hospital.
The 50-year-old man allegedly assaulted a taxi driver in Casuarina after exiting the car at 6.45pm on September 5.
The 26-year-old driver then allegedly struck the man, who fell backwards and hit his head on the road.
Northern Territory Police alleged the driver moved the man from the road at Bradshaw Tce, and spoke with a female family member of the 50-year-old who had also been in the taxi.
He then allegedly left the scene.
The 50-year-old was taken to Royal Darwin Hospital in a serious condition and died on Wednesday.
Police arrested the driver on September 6 and he was assisting with inquiries.
No charges have been laid and the driver is no longer in custody.
Detectives from the Major Crime squad are investigating and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
